If you are looking for a website design then please view the examples below. Many of these websites were designed for local Brighton and sussex companies, with one or two exceptions. I will design websites for anyone anywhere but being in close proximity to the client allows for regular face to face contact, which I feel is always useful.
All websites are designed to be search engine friendly

Anderida Care have commisioned me to completely re-design and brand their existing website. The site is search engine friendly so that social services can find their services and position young persons with them.
KR Interior Design
Kianfar Revell Interior Design are an interior design company based in Hove who design projects all over the UK.
They had a clear idea of the look and feel they required which I translated into the final site.

I take a fairly straight forward and non fussy approach to web design based on the client’s needs. It’s a common mistake with less experienced designers to design a web site to suit their tastes rather than the clients. If it requires cute bunny rabbits then give it cute bunny rabbits. I can do trendy web design if I need to, I just don’t do it for everything.
I design using pencil and paper to start and then Photoshop which is a godsend. I will normally start by designing the homepage but then move to an inside info page and cross reference them to check they both tie in nicely. It’s much easier to design a nice homepage than a really nice looking contact page, it’s also nice to enjoy the final stages by designing the homepage after you’ve dealt with all the problems that info pages tend to give you e.g. too much copy, not enough copy, nasty hairy JPGs etc.
I now code everything using CSS and XHTML rather than the old method of tables. Shame really it took years to master table nesting but I do prefer the new way. It’s a little tricky to get your head round at first but once you start to master it you will never look back. Updating a website that’s coded with multiple nested tables is a nightmare and very prone to errors, how many of us haven’t knocked off a closing tag at some time or another, only then having to spend half an hour trawling through HTML to find the missing fellow.
